I am a sales assistant within store, I complete the day to day activities which include tills, facing up and working stock.
My confidence has grown as I can now speak to everybody. I've learnt how to work in a professional working environment.
I have learnt a lot whilst working in this programme which makes it enjoyable as I know what I am doing.
I feel like I am apart of a good team, get along with everyone.
It was well organised as I always knew what I was I being set and what needed to be completed within a certain time frame.
I get a lot of help and support from him as he always helps me complete and go through work I am unsure about.
I get support from my employer as they help train me on new things and give me time to complete work that has been set.
Pay has gone up so helps a lot
Not many opportunities around here as is a small town.
