In Fujitsu, I work in the Second level support desk team. Our job is to receive tickets from the first level team that couldn't be resolved then and assists the user/caller with their computer based issue. These tickets are filtered into a management system and then allocated between team members. Everyday varies on the amount of calls given.
After working here for 6 months, I have not only improved my It knowledge but improved myself. I have learned how to approach diversity and how to act in a professional manner. I have increased my knowledge in multiple different IT sectors as I have attended various courses.
I enjoy all aspects of my apprenticeship. i enjoy talking with my team as they are always willing to help with in work and out of work issues. I enjoy Fujtisu as they provide great benefits as an employee. So far i have learned and experienced more than I could have imagned
Within Fujtisu, each team member and manager respects myself as an apprentice and respects the fact I may lack It knowledge, so I highly respect the company for kindly welcoming me into a new environment and making me feel wanted.
I have a full learning plan created to increase the experience I have here and to maximize my learning. This is highly detailed and gives me a wide variety of topics to learn.
From my trainer, I have full support from them. I am always being informed that if I have any questions or quires I can ask any questions.
My employer(s) are always eager to make sure I am working fine and have no issues. They also make sure that my experience within this apprenticeship is both educational and enjoyable
With my currently salary, I can happily get to and from work and pay my rent and car bills. I love my salary as it funds my current hobbies such as the Gym and travelling.
Fujitsu has potential outside of work as we get discounts on different activities such as the Cinema. Also there are employees that have a Fujitsu football team that compete with other companies for fun.
