I operate within the Telephone Banking, Internet Banking and Credit Card servicing sector of Lloyds Bank, servicing personal & commercial customers banking needs.
Yes. I have become involved in the School Engagement Programme, I'm an ambassador for the Apprentice Programme and I run a Fraud Awareness Initiative within LBG.
Although I was 44 years old when I started I found the level of support was fantastic and I have developed personally and professionally.
