I am a diagnostic, I work for Marks and Spencer and it is my job to try and fix their tills when I can. I also work for Primark and I have to sort their calls which come in as well.
Throughout this Apprenticeship I will gain level 3 diploma qualification. During my time at Fujitsu I have learnt quite a bit as there lots of things to do.
I enjoy working as a team, The company is good its self but I feel that there aren't a lot of opportunities. As on the marks and spencer side you all share the work, sometimes there isn't enough communication so that means sometimes you get 2 people working on the same till.
I feel that I need to more involved within the company as at the moment I feel that I have only learnt the basics. Recently I received an award for helping Primark which was nice.
The support isn't very good, When you email the lecturer they don't reply back. At the start my programme was organised very well.
I have a lot of support from my training provider which is good. Whenever I need any help they are there to help me. If I am concerned about anything then I can just ask them.
I have a lot of support from my employer. Obviously they don't know a lot about the apprenticeship but they try and help where they can.
My wage packet it ok for my position at the moment. Obviously the longer that I am here I would like my wage packet to be increased.
no not really. There are clubs which happen during lunch time but I haven't really had chance to go down to have a look. the odd time we have a curry night.
Yes
Its ok for a starting point. In order to do well within this company I think you would have to leave and then re join again in a couple of years but for a higher role.
If you ever have an interview within Fujitsu, make sure you do your research. I would advise them that they have the right experience otherwise you may not know what to do.
