My Job title is Advanced Apprentice I work within the Application Packaging team. I troubleshoot and resolve virtual applications I arrange meetings and daily calls with the customer I action the team mailbox on a daily basis.
I have been on two course - Microsoft and Cisco I have become a better and more confident person. I have gained integrity and professionalism.
I find my experience at Fujitsu fantastic

my programme has been very structured and my manager and my assessor has been very helpful with making sure everything runs smoothly.
I receive a lot of very good support and guidance from my assessor. as we have 1-1 meetings every month to make sure that i'm settling in and that I am on track.
I receive a lot of very good support and guidance from my manager and my team. They are also making sure that I'm comfortable with my workload and that I feel happy within my role.
My salary and package meet my cost well. I live a comfortable lifestyle.
