Apprentice Software Developer,
I've learned how to code in VB.net and also a bit in C#, while also developing my skills in SQL.
I've enjoyed the programme so far, I've integrated well with my team and also enjoyed meeting new people on the training courses
I'm pretty involved in a few projects at work, so I feel valued.
It's been very organised from the start, I knew when all the courses were in advance.
I receive help a lot from my training provider, if and when I need it.
I've received a lot of support from my employer, I have a weekly meeting with my manager to discuss what sort of work we have going on. I also receive as much help as I need from all the members in my team
So far it's been pretty good, I can only see that getting better the more qualified I become.
There are a few things that happen yearly, however I've not actually attended any to comment on them.
Yes
So far they have been a great company to work for, decent salary and also a lot of good benefits.
Just be yourself.
