Non Fault Recoveries - Recovering money for Credit Hire from at fault insurers on behalf of our customers who have been involved in non fault accidents/.
Developed my negotiation skills, and problem solving.
I enjoy the programme a lot as it teaches me lots of additional skills to utilise alongside my day to day role
I feel valued within this department.
It is well organised and I see my tutor regularly and am able to balance it with my day to day work

Not particularly well and I just about make enough money to live, however with the new bonus I should now be receiving, I am hoping that this has changed.
There are plenty of charity events and fundraising events to get involved in as well as social gatherings and events.

It is a good company to work for and the day to day job varies from department to department but they always look after their staff
