My role is a Candidate Consultant at Adecco, my job role involves calling candidates, managing social media, hitting targets and going on visits to new companies.
Yes I have learnt new communication skills and more about Microsoft packages such as Excel and Power point. I have also learnt a lot about the recruitment industry and how to be successful.
I really enjoy my programme as it allows learning on the job, I do sometimes find it hard to manage a full time job along with my programme however it is all worth it. I work really well with my team as well and have grown as a person.
I feel really valued, I was invited to the annual conference and am given regular one to ones which helps me keep track of my progress. The training is really thorough too which helps me again learn and develop in my role.
My programme is very structured, I have regular training and meetings with my manager to track my progress. I am always given extra support if I need it as well.
I receive a lot of support from my tutor especially with my exams, she is happy to go the extra mile if I need extra support like I did with my ICT exam.
I receive a lot of support from both my branch manager and my ops manager. If I ever have a problem they are always on hand to guide or support me.
I feel that my salary does meet my costs, ideally I would be looking for a salary increase if made permanent due to travelling 30 minutes to work and paying parking every day.
Yes we participate in many charity events and allowed various benefits such as health care insurance and love 2 shop vouchers. I feel like there could be more zone activities though.
Yes
Because I feel they are a really good company to work for, open to progression and there to support you through development. They also provide good benefits which is a bonus.
Sign up with the agency themselves as that is how I got the role. I would also say prep a lot for the presentation in the interview process as it is essential to show your personality.
