Job Title - Engineer Daily Tasks - Building, Maintenance and Break Fix for client servers Daily Interactions - These are restricted to my internal team and the occasional client meeting Responsibilities - I am responsible for looking after, testing and building servers for clients
I have done nothing but learn new skills while with CGI, having gone to College previous to this I have learned many new skills
I love the programme and my job
I have been made to feel very welcomed by CGI and their members, I have felt appreciated from the get go and continue to feel this way.
Everything CGI has provided for us has been excellent, the short fall is the training provider QA who have failed us a few times
The training provider offers near no communications and takes their time with marking work submitted to them
I receive lots of support with anything they can help me with
The salary I receive only just covers my living and travel expenses, it leaves me with no social life money and I have seen other apprenticeships offering a lot more for my job role
There are loads of company events
Yes
They are incredible to work for, every day is something new and challenging and it keeps your engaged
Just be yourself and honest, CGI really appreciate you being open and honest about yourself and any problems or concerns you may have
