My role is adding value to NatWest's brand - serving customers well and ensuring every customer is happy. In the fast paced environment I work in, an ideal day will consist of a lot of customer interaction - providing solutions to queries and problems customers face. In addition to serving customers, I also assist my relationship managers in business management and development. This may be to research specific prospect business, or simply prepare a meeting agenda and brief.
Since working for RBS, I have gained a lot of banking knowledge having to deal with a wide range of customer queries. This is exciting as I can come across something new everyday, which enables me to keep learning.

I receive a lot of support from my training provider - regular calls from my mentor tracking progress and help is always available when needed.
I also receive a lot of support from my employer. I get all help when required and we have frequent meetings ensuring I am happy and on track.
My salary meets my costs sustainably.
There are many opportunities outside of work, such as networking events.
