IT Tester which involved running test scripts and raising any defects. This was undertaken with guidance and supervision of my assignment manager and also reporting to the test manager.
My Communication levels has greatly improved. I have been on a range of training courses including SQL which has developed my knowledge base. General skills such as time management, prioritisation etc have improved since completing this programme.

Good Recognition when good work is produced both formally and informally. I have received a couple of STARS awards for which I was recognised with my contribution to work produced during the programme etc.
Good Level of support from Line Manager. One to One meetings occur on a monthly basis to discuss progress and any development/ targets going forward.
Good Levels of communication were provided through email and face to face communication. Tutor normally attended once every 6 weeks to set tasks and review progress.
Good Levels of support, I can have an informal meeting if any issues arise. One to Ones occur on a monthly basis which as stated above give myself the ability to discuss progress and work out if any improvements need to be made going forward.
The Salary and package I am on meets my costs quite well.
There has been the odd social which has been organised with other members on a monthly basis. I have also been involved with some charity Activities in the programme which included participation to a charity cake sale for Cancer research.

Good Variety of Roles that you can start your career in ( Test, Developer etc.) Good Teams to work in and also are at good sizes.
