  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I am working towards my Bachelors degree at University alongside working, as the S&CL programme is a day release scheme. This has a few pros and cons when it comes to managing your work load however, the long term benefits from achieving a Bachelors degree completely outweigh the cons. I have the option to complete a wide range of training within the company. My personable skills, teamwork skills, professionalism (just to name a few) have improved drastically.
