Technician Engineer and currently with the surveying team. On a day to day basis I carry out levelling surveys around different sites in London as well as using an EDM to undertake monitor surveys. Currently based at Kirtling Street in Battersea.
Learnt many different skills such as how to use specialist equipment and instruments. Uni is one day a week also so am always learning there.
Enjoy working in a team and with lots of other people. Good to see other sites and have a look at what other projects are going.
Always involved in everyday work and needed.
Very well organised and if there are any problems someone is always willing to help work out what best for you.
Lots of support from training provider, as before, if I have any problems they will always help and advise.
Had some problems with expenses and my HR manager was a great help.
Good salary covers most things however compared to other people doing the same thing as me at different companies, they are on a much higher salary
