I take calls from customers performing a wider veriarty of tasks including internet banking and general day to day banking like transfers and ordering cards or passwords resets.
I developed existing skills i have during the aprenticeship and have also broadend my knowledge on what I think customer service is as a whole.
overall I enjoyed the program it was challanging at times to meet the work expectations but i felt a sense of achievement when it was done
I feel quite valued by lloyds having been offered a lot of different oppurntunities to progress thoughout my time here and offered good incentives for my current role
the overall programme was structured well over a few months there were some issues with arranging meetings however and these not being keyed
throughtout the apprenticeship I received a lot of support from my trainer provider having any questions that I had answered straight away and the tutor always being available to me.
I received some support from my employer but not too much, there was issues keying off time for me to have meetings that were meant to be scheduled and also for any extra time needed for the work
my salary meets all my costs and also the addiontal benefits meet any needs I have, I receive a pay increase on a yearly basis also keeping it competitive with other jobs.
there are a lot of opportunities to myself outside of work including volunteering and other hobbys I have, I have been offered a few times to join different clubs and other things.
Yes
I believe it is a good job and provides a decent wage for the job role and good incentives for staying working for lloyds. I would also recomend it as a good place to work.
my tips would be to make sure your confident throughout the entire process as this comes accross well on the phone and in person
