I am a complaints manager for lloyds banking group. this entails resolving customer complaints. I speak to the customer on the phone and write letters to resolve their experience.
yes, I have learnt how to deal with complaints and have become fully competent in my role in December 2015. I have also became more confident within my role.
i really enjoy my role, the apprenticeship has increased my knowledge and understaning of the bank.
I feel very valued as we receive benefits and training when required to help us to develop.
My programme is well structured; we meet monthly to catch up and sign off units etc.
I receive a lot of support from my trainer as she is always available for me to contact for advice.
I receive a lot of support especially from my team manager who is always there throughout my day to ensure i am coping with my work and apprenticeship
this meets my costs fine, I am really happy with the wage i am on.
I've not really looked at other work opportunities as i am happy to continue my role with LBG

If they are looking for an apprenticeship I would advise them to do it. It has been really educational and also beneficial to my knowledge to help you improve and develop.
