I assist with the flow lead role, i spend my mornings producing the figures and state for the work in team. I ensure all worj is allocated and i check through the day this has been complete. I do ccmc, complaints and escalations in team. I also process within the team. I work on the servicing side therefore process on all queues. I assis with in team projects also.
I have been able to show my mentor Jason how i do it. So far we have dione the ERR which ensured i brished up my knowledge on all health and safety and hr issues within lloyds.
I enjoy this as this is pretty much my role, i enjoy being able to show off what i can do and how i do it. This is providing me with the knowledge and confidence to go further.
I feel valued by Lloyds this is reflected in my in team performance and by comments made by my manager and team meates. All staff are treated well and have good oppertunities available.
Very well set out with clear intructions and breakdown of untis. Jason visits and provides good feedback to make things easier. I am kept up to date and not set tasks outwith my reach.
Jason is always available to answer questions and visits regularly to check on my progress. Jason also sets realistic targets and helps by showing me whats required.
My manager gives me time each week to work on my apprentiship and she also provided tasks which can help with the apprenticship. I am allowed enough time to ensure the worklaod isn't too much.
I have no comments to make regarding my salary. I am paid a good wage and it is reflected in the work i am asked to do. Bonus and other relevant things are issued per year.
I have no understanding of what is required in this fiels however i belive LLoyds have many oppertunities outside of work. Please clarify further the type of oppertunities.
Yes
Great company to work for. I joined 3 years ago and have so much more knowledge and work with brilliant people. There are also many perks to being a LLoyds staff member.
I would advise people that Lloyds have a wide range of oppertunities to better yourself and improve, there are schemes such as talent and apprenctice to achieve further goals.
