I am a telephone banking advisor for lloyds banking group and HBOS also dealing with Fraud calls. This is my day to day role and I always deliver brilliant customer service. Along side this I regulary look after teams who are new to role and help support there skills and gain there confidence to come up to there teams. Whilst doing this I am also taking part in the financial services apprenticeship to widen my knowledge and progress in my banking career.
Yes, During my time in the apprenticeship I have noticed a lot of things I do well which my assesor will question me about and also learnt a lot of knew things I did not know within the banking industry.
I enjoy it thoroughly. And other than my day to day role I like to exserice my mind when taking time out to complete my work books.
