I work with Halifax either on the counter with money or out the front with queries.
I have learnt lots of new skills within this job role and have developed my exsiting skills I had around customer service.
I enjoyed my programme very well, I have finished my apprenticeship now though.
Sometimes I feel valued by them othertimes not so much, Its a working progress I think.
It was very well organised until my assesor got a promotion and I was left in limbo for months waiting for a new one to start and no-one bothered to get in contact or let me know what was going on.
When i had my final assesor Samantha Burt I had lots of support from her however unitl such times as I had Sam i didnt really have any support.
I recieved a lot of support from my branch whilst I was doing my apprenticeship, they were understanding and gave me time out to complete my work.
I get paid enough.
Not particulary.
Yes
Because they pay well, I work short hours and I have a great team of colleagues supporting me and each other.
To make sure you are a team player.
