I am a personal banking Advisor, in my role I have to see customers and fulfill their banking needs by opening account, borrowing, savings and advising on our home insurance product. I also have to serve customers in the banking hall and ring customers with potential leads that i could help them with and book them into my diary.
I have learnt new communication skills since working for lloyds and developed myself as a person.
I have't had a very smooth apprenticeship programme as I had no contact from my assesor for over a year and then learnt she had resigned from the job. I took a while for me to be assigned another assesor and I am very behind from where I should be.
I feel valued by Ilkeston branch, I do feel valued by the banking group although this isn't always communicated.
Not very. As I explained above, I have had very little communication from learn direct and have done alot of chasing up myself as well as having to do my job role.
very little
Alot. they allow me to concentrate on getting my apprenticeship work done when I need and allow me to have meetings with my assesor when needed.
I feel I am paid sufficiently for my job and I receive appropriate pay rises and bonuses when applicable.
They're are opportunities to do charity work as part of working at lloyds
Yes
I feel they are a great company to work for and they're are many opportunities to progess within the bank
I would just say go for it, be yourself and be prepared.
