I service credit card call daily, that involves helping customers with their finances regarding their credit card.
My communication skills have developed immensely. I speak to customers daily and I understand how important it is to build good rapport.
I like that I have a very close team who are always willing to help each other. The company I work for is great and has great benefits too!
I do feel valued by Lloyds banking as so far my expericne has been amazing.
Everything is organised perfectly, we all have allocated times off the phones for example to complete our apprenticeship.
Rachel my apprenticeship mentor has been amazing and an amazing help, always there to respond to any of my queries.
They have been really good with giving me time off the phones to complete my work within working hours.
At the moment salary is ok, but I do need this to increase as Im looking to buy a house next year
