I open up savings accounts for customers and help with enquires at the welcome desk
yes, I have learnt how to easily interact with customers and developed customer service skills
I really ewnjoy my job and this programme
Lloyds banking group make me feel valued by all their rewards they offer the staff
Very well organised, someone comes in every month to help with my workbooks and set me tasks
as much as i need, she is a phone call away and always asks how im getting on
a fair bit, i could maybe do with a bit more time to focus on apprenticeship work within working hours
I recieve more than enough to co0ver my expenses and living costs
