  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I'm doing the trainee commercial manager program over 18 months. I learn section manager roles within the first 7 months. This is a great chance to get to know the company and roles within the store. It also allows you to find a department that you enjoy so you can develop your skills. On a day to day basis you are providing customers with the best service delivering business priorities, and working alongside your team to take as much money as you can!!
