I answer call from the public and service their bank accounts and fulfil everyday banking tasks for customers and answer and questions they may have
I have learned to be more patient and understanding
I have enjoyed have sessions with my mentor and gaining suppot and knowlege within my role
I have felt vauled however wish there was better communication between lloyds and the apprenticeship program
Organisisation was poor as we were late starting due to lack of communication and structure was okay
I felt i was very supported by michelle and they were approachable and they could help me with any questions I had
my employers were also supportive and were willing to help me through and giving me time within work also
Because i live a little far from my work it can be a little expensiive but cost is okay for travel wise and salary i guess matches up with it
I feel there is lots of opportunities and i take part in a lot of schemes and charity events supported by lloyds bank
Yes
i enjoy working for them and feel they care for their staff and also their customers
to be yourself and always stay open minded and also be polite, genuine and also positive
