  • Personal Banking Adviser - meetings with customers providing them with banking products, maintaining and creating new relationships, supporting management, providing excellent customer service

  • Developed communication skills thanks to regular meetings with Apprenticeship tutor on 1:1 basis, reflecting and learning in the process

  • I enjoy this programme very much, it provides me with many valuable life skills and industry-recognised certification

  • Overall, I feel valued by LBG and I appreciate the fact that I have opportunity to upskill myself during my service here.

  • Overall, programme has rather organised structure, balanced proportions of functional skills, observations, product evidence meetings etc.

  • My training provided is always available for me to ask him for any help if needed, never had issue with that.

  • Overall, my employer supports me in everyday work and allows rather smooth realisation of apprenticeship programme.

  • I consider my overall package as satisfactory for entry level position.

  • Depends on the position, I would say that representing skills and values of the position someone would like to apply is going to be a good start.
