Personal Banking Adviser - meetings with customers providing them with banking products, maintaining and creating new relationships, supporting management, providing excellent customer service
Developed communication skills thanks to regular meetings with Apprenticeship tutor on 1:1 basis, reflecting and learning in the process
I enjoy this programme very much, it provides me with many valuable life skills and industry-recognised certification
Overall, I feel valued by LBG and I appreciate the fact that I have opportunity to upskill myself during my service here.
Overall, programme has rather organised structure, balanced proportions of functional skills, observations, product evidence meetings etc.
My training provided is always available for me to ask him for any help if needed, never had issue with that.
Overall, my employer supports me in everyday work and allows rather smooth realisation of apprenticeship programme.
