Banking and digital consultant. Taking inbound banking and online enquiries. This involves bank transfers, card ordering, online resets amongst other things. Basic knowledge of credit cards to help with queries there as well.
Through the apprenticeship I have gained a knowledge of health and safety legislation which will help keep me safe in the work place. I am also able to pass this knowledge onto colleagues.
I love learning new things and enjoy a challenge at the same time. My trainer, Tracey Patterson is a dream to work with and is very helpful and understanding.
Internal recognition is amazing in LBG. When I feel valued in a job, I do it better. Knowing that I can make a difference on every call I take is empowering.
The programme is set out clearly and Tracey has been able to structure it so workbooks run into each other so they make more sense. There are certain things that could have a little more guidance or better wording, for example, service offer.
Tracey Patterson is a lovely woman and extremely understanding when things go wrong or other commitments come into play. She is always clear in her marking and advice that she gives.
Management here have been fantastic with any support that I have asked for. This is especially evident around certain internal policies that I wasn't aware of when answering questions in the workbooks.
In terms of day-to-day living, travel and bills my salary covers this however I do want to eventually buy a house and saving can be hard on top of what I already have outgoing.
Because of connections in LBG, I am able to work in the local community with charities. This includes fundraising and promotions.
