This was a great experience and made me very proud to work for them
Each month my assessor outlines what we be covering and what product evidence I need to bring to my visits. His expectations of me are always clear and I feel this high standard of organisation is crucial to me achieving my goals whilst on the programme
My assessor is always on hand for any support I require and returns my calls and emails in a timely manner
LBG is committed to the personal development of its colleagues and allows me adequate time away from my desk to do the studying required for the programme
I feel my salary is competitive against other financial businesses and my bonus/pay increase is fair in line with the standard of my work
LBG is keen to support charities and provides colleges with volunteering opportunities to held their local communities. I have taken advantage of this opportunity and thoroughly enjoyed supporting a local school
