I am a Banking Consultant and I open products such as Bank accounts, savings accounts, loans, credit cards, Overdrafts and Insurance. Making sure Im providing an excellent service to all customers.
Yes I have learn't plenty of new skills, how to resolve customer querys, I've learnt about the rule's in place to protect us, It breaks certain part of my jobs down and into more detail. I have also completed my RBCB which has also taught me a great deal about financial services in general and other products.
I really enjoy the programme, It's a challenge and I love a challenge, I've completed my RBCB and it was so good recieving it that I have gone to further studys with the company that provides the qualification
I alway's feel valued they arre always looking for ways to benefit the colleague's and since I have started I was very young minded and the company has helped me build behaviors around the business
The only downfall is the structure I feel, I have had to do my Maths as apart of my apprenticeship and this has been the only issue. I am down as really behind on my maths but i consistently do the work asked and it just seemed forever to get a reply and even now the resources sent for maths dont seem to work or I always have an issue but other than this the whole sprogramme has been perfect.
I do recieve support from my trainer and he will help when he can. You don't really hear anything throughout the month. Its only the monthly visit we really go through everything.
plenty of support from my employer, days that he comes in I am allowed to block my diary out and see him as long as I need to. If i have any questions the team are there to help.
Yea Perfect, I am on a decent wage for my position compared to other companies and get regular pay reviews aswell as benefits available that save me money. Could'nt ask for more.
There are plenty, there is day to make a differene to help people in need, You can always go and observe other parts of the business to see if it would be the right fit for you and theres plenty of other things to get involved in.
Yes
Because I love the company, you get competative pay, good benefits package, supportive team and the teams values are really good and am proud to be a part of the group also where there such a large company and theres plenty of room for progression in different areas of the business.
There will be times that are tough and the grass always looks greener on the other side but it isnt always the case. Lloyds Banking Group is a great company to work for and if you want to build a great career and meet lots of new people this is the place.
