I am in a customer facing role, which involves identifying primary and secondary needs and establishing ways in which I can help to save or make the customer money as well as providing services that are relevant to the idividual in a professional manner.
I have developed and learnt a range of skills. I have learnt to be more organised and balance the needs of the customer with the workload that I need to carry out. I have learnt to be precise and accurate when dealing with customer`s finances.
I enjoy being able to work whilst learning and developing my career. I like that the programme is relevant to skills I need in the workplace and helps me to perform well at work.
Lloyds banking group makes you feel valued as an employee because they help to support you through the studying whilst treating you as a normal employee.
During working hours my manager makes time for me to do some studying so that I can structure the studying around work and having time outside of work to study and do other things. It is well organised as I am able to communicate with both my manager and the learn direct lady to fit everything in.
She comes in or speaks to me on the phone monthly to see how things are going. Mostly my manager helps me with the programme on a daily and weekly basis.
My Lloyds banking group colleageus provide lots of support on a daily basis in the workplace, and take their time to teach me and develop my skills with me as well as answer any questions I have.
I am able to cover all basic costs of living, running a car, travel to work and rent etc. And it leaves enough to live off, however it doesn`t leave alot to save.
I have time outside of work to do my horses and dog. My manager is flexible with days off which is good. I have time to do other activities on top of studying and working full time.
