Currently I am on the Apprenticeship with my tutor Tracey she has supported be throughout the last 6 months with my booklets and pushing me to achieve more. The work within the Apprenticeship is helping me with my calls and for me to give customer a better service
How to deal with complaints better, listening to customers and differenct commincation I can use
I enjoy learning new thing and going outside my comfort zone
By letting me do thi Apprenticeship I feel valued that they are helping me achieve better for myself and role
Very, Tracey gives me work each month and I always complete it on time
Very supported , Tracey is brilliant
I recieve the time off the phone that is needed
My salary is good
I have not looked to be honest, Im happy here
