My role is a personal banking advisor and I help customers with their finances daily. I aim to see 5 customers a day through an appointment and have an in depth look at their finances including current accounts and borrowing whether it be internal or external.
I have learnt more about the financial world. Before i worked for Lloyds I was unaware of how an overdraft, credit card or mortgage works. Now i understand the full process i can use my knowledge to help customers daily. I have learnt how to deal with different customers as no two customers are the same, whether it be age or income we treat all customers equally. I enjoy workng as a team and working for Lloyds has helped me develop my team building skills.
I am really enjoying my new experience through Lloyds and i hope this is the start of a promising career through Lloyds and i like the new challenges along the way.
Very, whenever I do something well a member of Lloyds is always there to compliment me and say well done and make it clear that I am doing well. There are lots of benefits for working for Lloyds which shows the company cares and thinks highly of its employees.
Very organised an external apprenticeship representative makes regular visits to me and my manager, James is head leader of the apprenticeship programme in the region.
The provider makes regular visits to me and keeps me updated and aware of my progress.
A lot, i always receieve feedback on how i am doing and ways to improve and go forward.
Very well!! I am on a good salary and i have money left over each month which is going towards saving for a mortgage.
There are days out through Lloyds which shows the different areas within Lloyds and what opportunites i could aspire to be. There is a lot of room for growth and promotion
