I'm a pilier so the rig drills a pile and then we cage up and concrete it. We are constantly using the crane to move augers for the rig as well as moving pumps and de-sanding gear when using bentonite.
Everything I'm doing Is new so learning new skills everyday. I've just done my slinger/signallers course which is a new skill, I've learnt to make cubes, caging up the pile, using hanging chains.
I'm really enjoying the job I'm doing its great.
Very, they are always in constant contact.
It's good there is a timetable as to roughly when each course will be taken.
Lots everyone is always happy to give advice and offer help when needed.
