Yes
lloyds offers many opportunties within the business to develop and grw, they are very flexiable with holidays etc and support you in all your personal needs.
the main tip i would give for anybody applying to work in lloyds is to not worry about having banking experience- i came into the business with no experience in a banking industry or experience in working in a contact centre. They give fantastic training you just need to have the motivation and determination to succeed.
