On a day to day basis I have to complete various tasks such as BACS transfers, signing in engineers, keeping a look out for any errors and ticket using RMG mainframe, auditing and securely destroying MOJ disks.
I have learnt many skills and have completed courses that help me complete my apprenticeship. I have completed systems and networks, security and using ICT systems
The area that I work in is a good environment. my Team members are great. I meet all my expectations to the point.
I feel highly valued as I get treated like a proper employer and not just an apprentice. I enjoy working with Atos as it is a well known company and whoever I talk to about the company are impressed
My apprentice programme is well structured.
I receive immense support from my training provider. if I have any problems they are always there to help.
I receive a lot of support from my employer.
The salary could be abit more higher so I could comfortably save aswell and not be tight with money every month other than that it is all good.
there are many opportunities outside work for apprentices.
