Yes I feel valued by many people across the organisation.
The program as whole could use more structuring however the team that I am in have been very good at creating structured environment.
Meetings are fairly regular and lengthy. However tutors have many people under them making their time very limited. How they use that time is good though.
The support is there if you so desire it.
It is a very healthy package that covers my cost with ease!
there are opportunities to go into schools and discuss the work that we do in the scheme, but the ones that I can attend can be few and far between.

It is a good job to have and it sets you in good stead for further learning and jobs.
Make sure that you understand the wider picture and that RBS is becoming more than a bank.
