Mortgage adviser - genrateing and calling leads and providing lortgage advice
part of the course was regarding employment rights and responsibilities and this was good to learn about
it was okay however the support from my local management didn't seem to be very engaged on the process.
with regards to the apprenticship it felt like they where eager to enroll me but then i was just left alone through out the whole process.
no issues with this.
a lot - support channels where excellent dispite me havuing 3 trainers. transitio was managed well between them.
none at all really was given a couple of sessions early on but then no time was ever given dispite asking for it.

they are a great company howeverwith regards to the apprentiship in retail.. support was lacking.
get a clear5 commitment from your line manager prior to taking on as is a large workload.
