Making sure workplace is clean and tidy for customers to enter the branch. Making sure all customers are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Making customers better off.
Yes my people skills have developed a lot, the way i deal with customers has massively improved. I have been become much more confident and have a wider range of knowledge.
I enjoy helping customers and making them better off. I like the feeling that i have made someone better off. However it can be demanding at times.
I get many colleague benefits which makes me feel the group do care about its colleagues. I think we should get more visits by more important managers.
It is good, i get monthly visits and have workbooks to complete. Sometimes it is difficult to do these workbooks due to the business of branch.
I get monthly visits and i also get e-mails to see how i am getting on with my learning. OThis is the only support i receive in regards to learning.
Due to the bussiness of the branch sometimes support is limited however when i am need of support i often recieve it.
It is very good. It covers most of what i need. However i am still living at home, It wouldnt be enough for me to move out.
Outside of work no, there arent any clear opportunities regarding work or outside of work. This may become more clear as time goes on.
Yes
The colleague perks are very helpful and can be good. It is a good company to work for as they are very flexible and friendly.
Make sure you are dedicated and commited to work in a sometimes demanding enviroment. It has its benefits but is also hard work. You must be willing to work hard.
