Classroom coach together with taking calls on Loans, Credit Cards and Overdrafts. I look at Applications together with servicing our customer needs.
Just started the Apprenticiship scheme. So waiting to complete the next workbook. So far all the introduction programm has run smoothly.
Not fully started this yet. Waiting for first communication and appointment to discuss my first workbook.
I feel really valued. Currently my skills are being put into use as a classroom coach, Therefore this enables me to feel more confident and valued
From what i have discussed so far on this program has been enough. I have had the initial induction meeting and been provided with the first workbook.
Only had induction so far, waiting my first initial appointment with my trainer. Therefore unable to comment to much at present.
Work supplies me with allot of support in terms of my career and the apprenticeship scheme. it was through work that I found out about the scheme
Salary for the job that we do compared to the market place is paid well. And the flex package that we get is excellent
I have not really look to much outside of work as I have the correct work life balance at the moment and I enjoy my job.
Yes
Flex package and salary and also the development opportunities meet my needs
Go and do it. They encourage you to develop within your role and give you enough time to look at progression wether it be in current role and looking within other business areas.
