I have been very welcomed by all colleagues within the bank and have been supported in all training and with any questions i have had which have helped my progression.
It was very well structured and consistent with the monthly meetings and all the different tasks and workbooks were well spread out over the period of the apprenticeship
I regularly received as much support as I needed from my tutor and she helped me with all questions I had as well as supporting me in every task I undertook.
My manager was also very supportive and helpful in helping me manage my workbooks and allowing me to have the resources available for my meetings every month.
It meets my costs very well and allows me to have some disposable income as well which is very nice and allows me to do a lot more.
I haven't really needed to look for opportunities outside of my work as I have been looking to progress within my current work and my current role.
