I deal with customer queries in relation to discrepancies or missing cash. I also deal with reconciliation queries to ensure that accounts all balance accordingly.
I have obtained a new IT skill as my current one was out of date. I have also brushed up on my skills to do with types of businesses.
I enjoyed doing the programme as it helped me to brush up on some of my skills. It will also help me in progressing my career.
Overall I feel valued by Lloyds banking group and they are always there if any problems arise.
The programme is organised and well structured, with clear units to work through. I was given enough time to complete each module.
the tutor has always been available for help via email and would carry out visits each month. I have enjoyed carrying out the learning.
most of my work has been carried out in my own time but my employer has always allowed me time in work if I needed to carry out certain tasks. If I have needed help then she has always been on hand.
I think the overall package is a good one, there are many benefits and perks to the job.
We are all given a day each year in order to go our and volunteer and help in an outside organisation, last year I used my day to help feed the homeless.

it is a good place to work with development oppurtunities.
