I am currently doing data cleansing to potentially give customers money back for being charged interest, fees and charges when in financial difficulties.
I have learnt to use different systems and met with trainers from London.
There is not enough support on this apprenticeship and the workbooks dont seem to relate to the type of work I am currently doing.
There is alot of appreciation from the higher management.
