  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the programme as it gave me more confidence and helped me learn new skills and information that I could use in my role and support me in better helping our customers. I did feel that the wording in the work books was sometimes confusing and difficult to understand. Throughout the programme I had two trainers the first I felt a little unsupported by as she wasnt always able to help me understand, my second trainer tara was able to explain things to me if I emailed or called, her she was very supportive and understanding and helped me finish my programme very quickly

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • At the start my trainer was Laura who I met every month with, she was helpful and very supportive in those meetings but I did not get much support from her outside those meetings if needed. When Laura left I felt there was no support as I was left without a trainer for a few months and was told I had a new trainer but that then changed 3 times. then I had Tara as my tariner who was great, she was extremely supportive and was concerned I had gone over the allocated time for completion and she was great at keeping me on track to a good standard to get everything completed quickly, even when I was completeing work books at home she always answered my calls and emails.
