My job title is Business Admin apprentice. I am in the procurement and daily tasks are raising Purchase Orders and supplier interaction.
Through the apprenticeship I feel I have developed and still am. The development of apprentices within BAE is continuously pushed and encouraged.
I am enjoying the programme and am taking the whole experience in. The company and the workforce are brilliant are always putting the needs of others first.
I feel as an apprentice I am valued and looking at ex apprentices they are still highly valued.
The programme isn't as structured as expected however it does run smoothly and if there is a problem the query is sorted out pretty quick.
Support is constantly given and will always be there during the apprenticeship. there are clear point of contacts which all respond very quickly.
Like the training school it is similar.
Starting salary isn't the best in terms of covering my personal costs, however it is competitive to other apprenticeship scheme.
opportunities are given and are there for the apprentice to take.
Yes
It is a brilliant company to work for and the opportunities are endless if you apply yourself in the right way.
Be confidence and know the company.
