  • Self Confidence, Stakeholder Management, IT skills, Interpersonal skills, will gain an NVQ.

  • Get moved around placements, but so far have enjoyed both teams I have worked with, everyone very welcoming. Exceeded my expectations.

  • Very, I am given work that allows me to become a contributing member of a team.

  • Very well organised, a lot of people I can go to for support.

  • A lot, offered workshops and one-to-ones if I am struggling in any way. Always allowed to ring etc

  • Just as much support from my employer as with the training providers.
