Get moved around placements, but so far have enjoyed both teams I have worked with, everyone very welcoming. Exceeded my expectations.
Very, I am given work that allows me to become a contributing member of a team.
Very well organised, a lot of people I can go to for support.
A lot, offered workshops and one-to-ones if I am struggling in any way. Always allowed to ring etc
Just as much support from my employer as with the training providers.
