Currently working as a Personal Banking Advisor. I proactively manage my own diary, and know how to organise and structure my day. This role involves building strong relationships with all my partners (Mortgage, Business, Wealth). I am experienced in sourcing potential customers in these areas, through my banking appointments and referring to the partners. The role involves helping customers in 4 areas, Banking, Savings, Lending and Insurance. In my role I make customers better off. I retain and attract new and existing customers and I maintain effective relationships with my partners.
Confidence in communication skills have increased. Knowledge of Financial products
Very usefu
Apprenticeship organisation was satisfactory, communications from the tutors to the line managers was poor. Bank managers are not educated on the purpose of the apprenticeship, so they are not aware of a lot of aspects of it, for example the exam at the end of the programme
