I am a customer service advisor for credit cards, I deal with customers over the phone on a daily basis and help them with any credit card queries they have.
I have now gained an svq, I also get regular training within my role and I have learnt a lot around credit cards etc
I really enjoy the team i work with and i enjoyed the programme alot
My manager appreciates me a lot and i do get recognised for what i do
My programme is organised quite well, our meetings are always organised and in our schedules
I received a lot of support from my training provider, i was able to email my assessor whenever i was unsure around something
I receive a lot of support from my employer
My salary meets all of my costs really well
yes there are lots of opportunities outside of work
Yes
lbg is a good place to work especially if you are just leaving school
be prepared for the interview and make sure you know about the business
