I am a Technical apprentice, I am currently working my way around the business spending 4 months in different placements to get a feel for the different aspects of the business.
I am developed many skills so far, such as communication skills, and how to interact with new people. I have also increased my confidence massively. I have learnt new skills such as working on the programs and software's within the business.
I enjoy my programme a lot. All the teams I have worked in have been incredibly friendly and welcoming. The work is also good as it is challenging and interesting.
Yes, I feel like I am valued, I have been trusted with meaningful work and have been involved in a lot of jobs which would have been easier to not involve me, but people have always made time for me.
The organisation of my programme is very good. It gives me the chance to see various aspects of the business, and allows me to get involved in various activities.
Yes I feel like I receive a good level of support from my training provider.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, I am always encouraged to ask for support in any aspect of work or personal life.
My salary meets my costs and more.
Yes, there is many opportunities outside of work which we are encouraged to get involved in, such as educational visits, German exchange and innovation challenge.

Very good place to work, the company look after you well, you have a lot of support and a lot of good schemes which are easily accessible.
Make your application form stand out, don't make it the same as everyone else's. Do you research on the company, make sure you know what we do. Show an interest and willingness to learn.
