I am a business manager dealing with customer on an inbound basis on the telephone. I deal with anything from general queries in regards to the customers business account to offering lending and dposits products.
Yes you are forever learning in this role and have gained new skills in regards to processes and procedures
I enjoyed the SVQ units, I did not enjoy the BTEC workbooks
I feel valued as they have invested time and money into offering their colleagues to do the apprenticeship programme

They provide help as and when needed
I have to complete the work at home, but my employer helps me when I ask for help
