I am a service desk agent which means that I have to try and fix any issues that our users have with their computers, if this is not possible I assign it to a team more suited.
I have both learned new skills and developed my existing IT Skills through on hand training and classroom training
I am enjoying the ability to learn as I go and still have a job, I think its a very good system that should be highlighted to kids more
I fell like I am a valued member of a team within Atos
The program is mainly run By QA who do a good job of teaching whilst giving you enough time to learn yourself
QA offers a fair amount of assistance, you are able to email your assessor at any time and ask for info or help
My employer is very supportive as they offer in house training and provide me with all the skills required for the job
My salary is very good for an apprentice, I can manage fairly well month to month
