Telephony - answer calls and help with Querys
Yes, telephony ettique and how to use the systems fluently
The handling of the program has been awful both from Scottish widows and learn direct
They have tried to support me throughout and the other apprentices but it hasn't worked out the way it should have
There is no structure or organisation atall. After the first two weeks of the apprenticeship the plan went out the window and it became a job. The apprentices got shoved into an area within the business that was struggling for staff. (telephony). Although it was benefiting at first. After a month there was no new learning and became a job rather than an apprenticeship.
Learn direct have been slightly better in supporting me than Scottish widows but because of their high turn over in staff it's been near impossible to form a relationship with them
There has been efforts made by individuals at the company to help the apprenticeship but because it isn't clear who is supposed to look after or run the apprenticeship nothing ever changes or improves
Because I am an apprentice I am happy with my current wage because it is more what my employer actually has to pay me.
If there are I've never been made aware of any or informed of any when asking
No
No organisation or structure to the apprenticeships, jobs or departments
The people you meet are great and the benefits available are great. Just to lower their expectations
