project management office activities, managing a team providing a critical service
Yes, internal courses e.g. franklin and convey, external courses e.g. APMP project management, general work place skills
work is good, the team are fantastic. The culture of the company is good, I am enjoying it
Mostly Good, although sometimes the work isn't strictly project management related. This was good when I did some service management but not so good when a bit of the roles where more admin related
Very well, everything is planned
A lot. QA are extremely helpful and very understanding when work pressures effect training
A lot, we have an assignment manager and line manager that help us through
Not very. The initial salary of £14,000 only just met travel costs and other expenses however this was only due to me not needing to pay rent. If I did, I wouldn't have been able to afford coming into London. I would prefer at least £18,000-£20,000 as a starting salary
Yes, there is a large graduate/apprentice community that have regular events. As well as account events that incorporate people of all levels who you would usually be working with
Yes
Great company, good opportunities, good for building a career
Relax in the interviews and try and be yourself as much as possible. Soft skills such as presenting and making conversation are just as important as academics.
